Just a reminder about summer school for students going into grades 4-8. Summer school will be in session May 29th - June 25. Hours of operation are 7:45 - 2:30. There will be an open house on May 28th from 6:00 - 7:00 pm. Breakfast and lunch will be served, but it is NOT free to all students at this point. You can use the QR code to enroll by phone, or you can access the enrollment form from the school website under the summer school tab.

What an honor it is for Cameron Intermediate School to have our librarian, Mrs. Bridgett Pennington, as our Teacher of the Year. She has created a dynamic culture where children enjoy going to get their favorite books and have book talks with her. She has a calm presence and phenomenal relationships with the children and staff. #DragonNation

She has a calm presence and phenomenal relationships with the children and staff. It is also an honor to celebrate Nancy Jones as our Above and Beyond the Call nominee. Ms. Nancy does just that! She is a friend to every child and always has a smile no matter what she is asked to clean. Her positive personality is radiant and her laugh is contagious. These two ladies are always up for an adventure and are invaluable to our children, staff and school. Thank you for giving your life to our children and community. Mrs. Pennington's substitute, Miss Filley, accepted her bouquet. #DragonNation
