Date Changes and Updates from CVMS:
Spelling Bee has been rescheduled to Feb. 18 @ 6 pm.
Dragon Pride Trip has been rescheduled for March 6.
No play practice tonight.
The CVMS Academic Team battled hard last night against Chillicothe.
County spelling bee postponed until Friday. Information will be sent home tomorrow.
No school tomorrow Tuesday 1-22 for the Cameron School District because of drifting roads for our rural bus routes.
The Empty Bowls event has been moved to Monday, February 4th from 5-7 pm.
Due to the inclement weather the CVMS Winter Flinter is cancelled for tonight. In addition, 8th grade play practice is also cancelled. Stay safe and have a great weekend. GO CHIEFS!!
December Family Time:
Students made cards and signs for the Veterans Home, played games, made all different kinds of creations...and had a BLAST in the process!!

CVMS students attended the Be Alert assembly this morning. Students were engaged in the presentation. Be sure to ask your student about the cola and cockroach.
CVMS October Family Time:
Today's objective was to synergize across grade levels to 1. Get to know each other
2. Plan for an activity later this year that will involve the Veterans Home.
CVMS 7th Grade Coding Class watch as Student Resource Office Scott Meyer play their student created Frogger game. He struggled to win and the kids LOVED it!
These are the 7th graders doing observations on the mugs that they have constructed. They are measuring diameter, height and how many ounces their mugs holds. What mug observation would be complete with out having a little hot chocolate?
