CVMS 7th and 8th grade football camp updated dates and times 10th - 13th, and 18th - 20th for Fb camps. Athletes need to be there no later than 9:45, practice from 10:00am - 11:30am.
Attention CVMS Athletes:
Summer weight will resume Monday July 10th. The time for the MS weights will be from 8:30-9:30. This is earlier than the June session, but needed to be moved due to practice schedules. Weights will be Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays July 10th - 27th.
CVMS 7th and 8th Grade Football Athletes will have Camp Monday July 10th - 14th And 17th- 19th. Camp will run from 10:00am-11:30am. Please have your athlete at the field house no later than 9:45 each morning.

CMVS (4th-8th Grade) Summer School Parents/Guardians:
6th-8th Grade Summer School students will be going to the Cameron YMCA tomorrow, June 27th. Students will need to bring a pair of socks for roller skating. The concession stands will be open for students if they would like to buy any snacks or refreshments.
Attention CVMS Parents:
MS Athletes will have weights Monday - Thursday this week (6/26-6/29). The following week there will be NO weights due to it being a holiday and MSHSAA mandated dead week. MS weights will resume Monday 7/10. More information will be shared the week 4th.
CVMS (4th-8th Grade) Summer School Parents/Guardians,
If your student(s) will be receiving an attendance check for summer school, a parent/guardian must pick up the check from 3 p.m.-5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 27th. If a parent/guardian cannot come in person, you will need to call CVMS at 816-882-1041 by 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 26th, with the name of the adult (18 and over) who will pick up the check.
After 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 27th, all remaining checks will be available each day at Cameron R-1 School District Central Office from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Students in Ms. Baker's and Ms. Notch's classes did some awesome activities at summer school! Some of them included creating tea dyed paper, making butter, and braiding coasters!

Our students had a BLAST at the rocket launch today! At the dance party, we received over 200 donations for the Cameron Food Pantry! It was awesome to see our students have fun and give back to the community!

We recommend students bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and a towel to sit on. Following the rocket launch, students will take part in the Summer School Dance Party. Students must bring at least one canned or dry good item to participate in the dance. All proceeds will be donated to the Cameron Food Pantry.
